Step One

Open new document any size you want. The best size is 500×200.

Step Two

Take Rounded Rectangle Tool and draw a black rounded rectangle.

Step Three

Set a Blending Options of this layer(rectangle). See all images, you should have all settings like my are.

Step Four

This is what you should have by now.

Step Five

Take Horizontal Type Tool and type a black text on this rectangle.

Step Six

Go to Layer(text) and press CTRL+click to merge text.

Step Seven

Delete Shape Layer. Watch out you need to have merged the text.

Step Eight

Delete Text layer and Deselect it.

Step Nine

Save as .PNG and this is the final result.
