Here is our new tutorial. We will show you how to change your text into web 2.0 style. This is version 2. Here is version 1 : http://www.pslessons.com/web-20-text-v1

Step One

Create new document. I had choose 400×200 px. Make it white. (click on image to see it bigger)

Step Two

This is what you should have by now.

Step Three

Set your color to green “web 2.0 color” . (click on image to see it bigger)

Step Four

Take Text tool and type random text.

Step Five

Go to Bleending options and set Stroke and Drop Shadow. (click on image to see it bigger)

Step Six

Take Shape tool and draw white rectangle like i did.

Step Seven

Click right click on this shape layer and Create Clipping Mask.

Step Eight

Set the Opacity of Shape layer to 50%.

This is the final result.
